✹ Build simple, sustainable routines around food, movement, stress, and sleep.✹ Focus on whole, nourishing foods and meal guides that help you feel energized and balanced.
✹Troubleshoot challenges like cravings, low energy, or bloating with practical tools you can use daily.

6 Month Program
This program is for those who feel stuck, unsure where to start, or who want to fully commit to long-term change.
Over 6 months, we’ll meet bi-weekly to:
✹ Explore your habits on a deeper level and create systems that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.
✹ Address root causes of imbalance by looking at nutrition, stress, sleep, cycle health, and digestion (with referrals to a doctor if labs or testing are needed).
✹ Personalize your plan with advanced strategies such as cycle syncing, meal guides, mindfulness practices, and more.
✹ Create time and space for trial, error, and course correction with my support along the way.
