Frequently asked questions.

What is health coaching and how is it different from seeing a doctor or nutritionist?

As a health coach, I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Instead, I focus on helping you build sustainable routines around food, movement, stress, and sleep that support your overall health. If lab work or medical treatment is needed, I’ll always recommend working alongside your doctor.

Who are your programs for?

My programs are designed for people who want to feel better in their daily lives by creating habits that actually last. Whether you’re looking to increase your energy, improve digestion, simplify your nutrition, or finally create a consistent routine, my coaching gives you the structure and accountability to make it happen.

How often will we meet?

We’ll meet bi-weekly via video calls. Between sessions, you’ll also have action steps to keep you moving forward, and I’ll provide resources and support as needed.

What if I need help after my program ends?

I offer a la carte tune-up sessions for past clients who want to check in, reset routines, or troubleshoot new challenges. You’ll always have the option for continued support when you need it.

Do you provide meal plans?

I do not provide strict meal plans, but I do guide you with meal inspiration, grocery ideas, and food principles that work for your lifestyle. The goal is to help you feel confident making choices on your own, without rigid rules.

Do you take insurance?

At the moment, no, I do not accept insurance. Coaching is considered an out-of-pocket investment in your health.

What results can I expect?

Every client is unique, but common outcomes include improved energy, better digestion, more consistent routines, reduced stress, and greater confidence in daily choices. The goal is progress, not perfection, and building habits you can maintain long after coaching ends.
